Risk of loss transfers to you once a package is accepted by the carrier, except where local law says otherwise. We're not responsible for delays, lost or stolen packages, or issues caused by carriers, customs, or incorrect addresses. International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes, which are the customer's responsibility.
11) Refunds, Returns & Exchanges
Purchases are governed by our Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy in effect at the time of order, incorporated here by reference. In summary:
- All sales are final on opened/used products outside our 30-day guarantee, perishable items, discounted bundles, and free-gift promotions.
- Damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, with photos.
- Shipping costs, duties, and taxes are non-refundable.
- Nothing here limits any statutory cancellation or return rights you hold under the consumer protection laws of your country of residence.
12) Subscriptions
Enrolling in Subscribe & Save authorises recurring charges at your chosen interval until cancelled. Cancel any time via your account or by emailing support@trycandora.com at least 48–72 hours before your next renewal. Changes apply to future orders only.
13) Intellectual Property
All Candora trademarks, logos, product names, copy, and site content are owned by or licensed to us and may not be used without written permission.
14) "As Is" Disclaimer
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our products and website are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. This doesn't affect any statutory guarantees that can't be excluded under applicable law — including guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law for our Australian customers.
15) Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Candora and its officers, employees, and affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our products or site. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question in the 30 days before the claim, or USD $100 (or local currency equivalent), whichever is greater. Where local law prohibits such limitations, they apply only to the extent permitted.
16) Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Candora harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of our products or violation of this Disclaimer.
17) Dispute Resolution
We aim to resolve disputes directly — contact us first at support@trycandora.com.
- UK/EU customers may use the European ODR platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr) or an approved ADR body.
- US customers may be subject to individual arbitration where permitted by state law (details provided at checkout).
- Canadian, Australian, and New Zealand customers may contact their relevant provincial, state, or national consumer body.
This doesn't affect your right to bring a claim in your local courts where guaranteed by law.
18) Testing & Sourcing
Sea moss and other botanical ingredients naturally absorb minerals — including trace heavy metals — from their environment. We test every batch for purity and heavy metal content. Details available on request.

19) Athletic Testing Notice
Iodine and other natural compounds may affect lab markers or anti-doping tests. Athletes should consult their physician or sporting body before use.
